Information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, business name, type and size, enquiry details, and subsequent correspondence.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange conversations and discuss our advisory services.

Our lawful basis will generally be our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request, as appropriate.

We won't automatically add you to a marketing mailing list because you've made an enquiry.

Sharing and protecting information

We use IONOS for website hosting and relevant email and technology providers to manage enquiries. These providers may process personal information on our behalf.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and don't sell enquiry details to third parties.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we will ensure an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism applies.

How long we keep information

We normally retain unsuccessful or inactive enquiries for up to 12 months after the last relevant contact, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary.

Information relating to clients may be retained for longer to meet contractual, accounting or legal obligations.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, depending on the circumstances.

Contact bill@TheAIShift.co.uk to make a request.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at www.ico.org.uk.
